What the membership does and does not cover

These conditions form part of the Terms and Conditions accepted at sign-up.

  1. The membership fee is S$20 per month.
  2. One 30-minute consultation is included per billing month.
  3. Consultations must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
  4. Unused consultation time does not roll over to the following month.
  5. Additional consultations may be charged separately.
  6. Templates are provided for general guidance and may require modification.
  7. Membership does not include bookkeeping, tax filing, GST filing, financial-statement preparation or audit services.
  8. Complex tax, legal, audit or regulatory matters may require a separate engagement.
  9. Materials are for the member's own use and must not be resold or redistributed.
  10. Membership can be cancelled in accordance with the stated cancellation policy.
