Terms and Conditions

The terms governing use of this website, consultations, and the Premium Membership.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, booking a consultation or subscribing to the Premium Membership, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

This website is operated by The Accountant, 27 Tampines Street 34, Singapore 529235.

Scope of services

We provide accounting support, corporate tax assistance, GST preparation, preparation of audit-ready accounts, audit coordination and related consultation services. The scope of any engagement depends on your records and reporting requirements and is agreed in advance.

Acceptance of an enquiry, consultation or membership subscription does not automatically create a professional engagement. A separate engagement letter and agreed scope may be required for accounting, tax, GST or audit-preparation services.

No statutory audit or assurance

The Accountant does not perform statutory audits or provide independent assurance opinions. Statutory audits must be conducted by an appropriately registered and independent public accounting firm. The Accountant provides accounting preparation and audit coordination support.

Tax advisory

Complex tax advisory work may require a separately appointed tax specialist.
